Mr. Nuttaphong Kunakornwong, Chief Executive Officer of SC Asset Corporation PCL or SC, said, “SC achieved the robust performance as projected in our business plan. In the second quarter, SC reported 2.86 billion baht gross income up 63 % QoQ, 2.64 billion baht of which was generated from sales revenue and the other 218 million baht from office building leasing and service businesses. SC’s net profit reached 264 million baht, up 252 per cent QoQ, with 9.33 billion baht in backlog that SC will be able to gradually realize the revenue from 2017 to 2020. As of June 30, 2017, SC and its subsidiaries have assets and liabilities worth 36.203 billion baht and 22.216 billion baht, respectively. In the second half of this year, SC plans to launch nine horizontal projects covering all price levels equating to 11.45 billion baht in total.
In the third quarter this year, SC plans to launch two detached house projects concurrently, worth 2.5 billion baht, from September 9-10.
1. “Bangkok Boulevard Rangsit”, situated on Rangsit-Nakhonnayok main road, sits on an area of more than 36 rais. The 1-billion baht project consists of 132 units, coming in three designs exuding Nordic Luxury style which showcases spacious home. With the options of 4 or 5 bedrooms per unit, the property features high ceiling and Sky Living. Offering full amenities with salt water swimming pool stretching over 30 meters, the project accommodates fitness and steam room. It starts at 6 million baht per unit.
