Details for LandSale Submission

  1. Preliminary information about the land for sale, such as land map, land parcel, land size, and price, along with the full name and contact of the seller, can be sent via these channels. For more information, please call: 02-949-2275, Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
  2. The company has a registration and ranking system for land sale submissions and will only contact sellers in sequence.
  3. The company has a land purchasing process and will set a timeframe for coordination to achieve the objective of buying the land. Therefore, sellers are requested to cooperate and strictly adhere to the company's schedule. If the company reviews and finds issues that may cause the land purchase to fail, the company reserves the right to cancel coordination with the first-priority seller and will consider the land from the next seller immediately. Other conditions are as per the company's determination and for the company's maximum benefit.
  4. The company has no policy to charge any processing fees from land sellers. If there are any references or claims that may cause damage or disrepute to the company, the company reserves the right to immediately remove that seller from the list.

Procedural Stepsfor Land Sale andPurchase

  1. The seller must submit land information as requested by the company, such as land parcel map, title deed, or other relevant information.
  2. The land seller must facilitate a site survey to check regulations and legal requirements (site visit within 7 days from the date the company schedules).
  3. In case the company agrees to purchase, the company will request a meeting with the landowner to negotiate and finalize purchase details (within 7 days from the date the company schedules).
  4. Other steps are as per the company's determination and will be informed accordingly.
  5. If the seller fails to comply within the specified time, the land sale agreement is considered canceled, and the company will proceed with the next-ranked agent.
