To bring our vision of the future of customer care to life, SC Asset has developed the innovative Morning Coin (MNC) — a technology that enhances the post-purchase living experience in SC Asset homes and condominiums with seamless, modern convenience. It prepares residents for limitless digital connectivity in the future.
Terms & Conditions
of Morning Coin (MNC)
Earning MNC
Customers earn MNC based on the value of property purchases or eligible goods and services from 1 November 2023 onward. MNC is calculated from a minimum net spending of 100 THB after discounts and promotions.
For property with multiple owners, the MNC will be granted to the first owner who redeems. Corporate owners must register through the RueJai App, verify identity via SC Contact Centre 1749, and provide documentation before opening the MNC Wallet.
For RueJai Store purchases, estimated MNC will be shown during checkout. MNC will be credited once goods are delivered or services confirmed, depending on the type of purchase.
- For non-appointment items, MNC is credited after the tax invoice is issued via email.
- For services requiring appointments, MNC is credited after the first service confirmation.
Additional activities may offer MNC as specified by the company through the RueJai App or other official channels.
Redeeming MNC
Customers may redeem MNC for discounts and privileges under promotional conditions specified by the company.
MNC Expiry
MNC is valid for 2 calendar years from the year earned. Please check the expiry date in your My MNC Wallet.
General Terms & Conditions
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice. MNC is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except for immediate family under specified conditions.

Customers are responsible for using MNC correctly. The company is not liable for improper or unauthorized use beyond terms and conditions.
