Question 1. What are the goals and the key operational strategies of the Company?

Answer : SC aims to achieve sustainable growth by applying resilience strategies that focus on adaptability and flexibility to cope with changes in different aspects of situations and attain stable growth.

Question 2. What are the success factors of the SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited?

Answer : The Company is a “Living Solutions Provider” and a “Customer-Centric” company which focuses on high quality products, while being service-minded before, during, and after sales, continuously engaging in innovation and new technology for product and service developments such as the launching of the Ruejai Application that helps to create “For good mornings”, and delivers good-quality homes and communities to its homebuyers.

Question 3. What are the reasons for its investment decisions in investing in the hotel business and serviced apartments in the U.S.A?

Answer : In 2020, the Company’s main incomes were from its real-estate sales which accounted for 95% of its total revenues (of which 75% of these real estate sales came from low-rise developments, and 20% from condominium sales), and the remaining 5% of its total revenues were derived from the incomes from rental of office buildings and management consultancy incomes. The Company also plans to explore on potential investments in other business in the future. The hotel and service apartment business is considered a source of recurring income that provides steady income flows and can enable long-run sustainable growth as Thailand is a leading tourist destination. The decisions in investing in serviced apartments in the U.S.A is based on property investment criteria which will have the investment holding of 5 operational years. The investment will focus on properties located in major US cities on prime locations where it can achieve good return on its investment.

Question 4. What are the Company’s long-term business goals for the next 3 to 5 years?

Answer : For the next 3 to 5 years, the Company aims to sustainably generate more than Baht 20,000 million in its annual revenues. The business growth will come from its property for sales, and the SC brand recognition for No. 1 leading brand for single detached houses among homebuyers. Additionally, the Company intends to continuously expand its investments in potential recurring income sources to generate higher profitability from these income sources.

Question 5. SC Dividend Policy

Answer : The Company has its dividend policy which prescribes that its dividend payment shall be no less than 40% of its net profit after tax and after legal reserves. Nevertheless, payment of dividends may vary and be subject to the Company’s operational results, its business expansion plans, its liquidity status, and other future requirements and suitability.
